V+O rPET Flat 1-8

We produce a flat rPET textile that is made from our ocean, river and land clean up schemes and comes in a range of GSM from 30 - 310 . Our rPET is eco bonded to greatly reduce microfibre release.

Each fabric roll comes with the provenance details of the clean-up scheme it came from

V + O rPET Texture 1-18

We produce a texturedrPET textile that is made from one of our ocean, river and land clean up schemes and comes in a range of GSM from 45 - 900. Our texture portfolio ranges from embossed to faux fur. Our rPET is eco bonded to greatly reduce microfibre release.

V + OMI Latex

We produce a latex fabric from our own eco latex planation in Malaysia. The plantation is run as a sustainable, organic plantation. We have an education and health programme for the workers and workers families.

Our latex sheet is produced in grades from 0.25mm to 2.40mm and comes in a range of colours dyed from our eco Colourtex tints

V + O Amalgam

Our Amalgam textile merges our eco latex with our rPET velvet ( made from recycled plastic from our clean-up schemes ) . We have developed a range of colours and textures . This unique fabric was showcased at Premiere Vision in Paris in 2011

V + O MUSHROOM LEATHER 1-4

We have produced 4 types of mushroom leather from fine to coarse, upholstery grade. Over 8 years of experimentation we have developed leathers that have used variations of the traditional mycelium only method.

V + O CHESTNUT LEATHER

Our unique chestnut leather is made from the outer skins of the chestnut and horse chestnut. We pioneered this leather in 2015 and showcased it on our catwalk at the We Are Not Sheep show in the form of a lightweight top.

In 2022 we revealed the world’s first chestnut leather dress made from the outer casing of chestnut and horse chestnut with no additives. The dress was dyed with beetroot juice and oak leaves

V + O UK ORGANIC LINEN 1-3

We grow our own flax in the UK . Our fields are organic and are planted with wide border margins of wildflowers. The flax is processed into linen in the UK and is also used in our hybrid fabrics. We have 3 grades of weave, tight, medium and loose .

V + O NETTLE 1-2

We produce two nettle fabrics, produced with our unique eco bonding process. The medium bond is a felted nettle fibre and the loose bond is a fur like textile. This fabric won the PETA innovation award.

V + O SEAKOM 1-4

Seakom is a new to market hybrid of seaweed and kombucha created in a range of thicknesses from paper thin to industry grade thickness.

V + O FOILS 1-6

The origins of our foil fabric comes from our CAN 2 CATWALK social impact project. Our metal foils are made from recycled waste cans and are produced in a range of thicknesses from super fine to interior grades

V + O NO KILL FLEECE

We are against the use of animals or meat by products for use in fashion. The only time we use animal by products are from hair clippings from organically reared pet ( not farmed ) animals. The fleece is clipped by the owners to keep the animals cool in summer. The clippings can come from llama, alpaca, sheep, dog, horse in fact any animal that is loving cared for by its owner as a pet and benefits from having its hair clipped. Our fleece is produced in small seasonal batches dependant on supply. The fleece is organically processed by hand and is made directly into garments or our NO-KILL yarn and woven into textile

V + O HYBRID ORGANICS

1-9

Our Research and Development team have produced 9 ( to date ) hybrid organic textiles. One complex hybrid is our 4Ganic contains Common Nettle, Cow Parsley, Yellow Archangel and White Dead Nettle. Which is woven as part of a re-employment scheme.

We are also developing salt water tolerant plant fabrics and hybrids.
